Order
Just log in to your Appear Account & select My Orders to review the status of your order. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Processing:
Your order has been handed over to our team to fulfill. Typical processing time is 14 business days!
Shipped:
Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the couriers system to reflect any activity or movement.
Partial:
Looks like your order has a backorder or made to order piece! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your Appear piece as early as possible, we have shipped the available pieces first.
Delivered:
Yay!! Your order has been delivered successfully at your given address. Now enjoy wearing your piece & take a pic of “Your Appear” & tag us on instagram @YourAppear.
We really hope you do not feel the urge to cancel your order, we are positive your pieces will be a great addition to your jewelry collection. We would like to inform you that once your order is confirmed we will start the manufacturing process which means no cancelation allowed. Please feel free to get in touch with us via email or WhatsApp.
We’re sorry this happened, but your order was not placed because we couldn’t process your payment details. To place a new order, you can check the following details to ensure it goes through:
Check if the card details saved in your account has the correct information – this could involve anything from your name to the expiry date.
Make sure you’ve entered the right security code – the the 3-digit number on the back of your card.
The correct OTP was entered when requested from your bank.

Log in to my account section, access and change your personal details at any time.
Incase you do not remember your password, click on Forgot My Password on the login page to get the reset instructions.
To change the Email address, go to account information and choose change email, then click save to receive any future notifications.
To change the phone number, go to account information and change your phone number. You will receive a message to verify the new phone number.
Go to Address book to add a new address or you can set a default address for your next order.
If your shipment is already our there and you want to change your delivery address then, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email us at contact@yourappear.com
Payments
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously: therefore, your details are safe with us.
Visa, MasterCard, K-Net, Apple Pay
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Unfortunately we do not return, exchange, or refund.
Simply enter the discount code by using the Add coupon field found in cart!
A limit of one discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Appear has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
Product Information
While we can never be certain of your size without having physically measured your finger. We do have a size chart here.
All pieces are made to be customized to your liking in terms of gold color combination, stones used, and making it extra special to you by engraving. Each product page has a drop down where you are able to choose and customize the item itself. Please not, the way we have the product is what we believe looks best, the combination of stone with gold color presented by the designer in the product page is the design in the best color combination.
As for engraving, it is something that we offer to give you the initiative to add your personal stamp on the item itself.

Our pieces are always our babies and we would love to help out in adjusting and fixing them for you. Please contact us to give you the proper guidance. The item will sent back to us to be able to have it back to you in great shape, note that you will be responsible for new handling, shipping costs, taxes and duties.
Product Care
- Store properly: use individual jewelry pouches or soft cloth bags to prevent scratching and tangling.
- Clean regularly: clean your jewelry periodically to remove oils, dirt, and residue that can dull its shine. A mild soap and water solution with a cloth can do the trick. Rinse and pat dry.
- Avoid harsh chemicals: remove jewelry when using household cleaning chemicals, or swimming in chlorinated water. Perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays can also harm jewelry.
